About the role

This an important role in our Perth team, the first and original branch. With it comes our largest database of customer and candidates so minimal cold calling. You will be supporting our new and

existing clients within the Drillers & MC Drivers desk.

The responsibilities in this role are as follows:

 

  • Developing business strategies to solve our clients’ challenges.
  • Building lasting client relationships, so you get repeat business across white and blue collar jobs.
  • Client networking through attending events to build your industry connections.
  • Working closely with the recruitment team to ensure every role is filled and find the BEST people for our clients.
  • Exposure to the Mining industry advantageous but not necessary.
  • Deliver 180 business support and consultation in the Aston way.

 

About you

This role will give clear understanding on career opportunity and career advancement. We believe that the following would help you build every success as an Aston BD:

 

  • Experience in a BD role, Account Management and/or Senior Recruiter position.
  • Motivated to grow new business relationships and add further value to our existing clients.
  • Love your clients and continue to work with them to develop their businesses.
  • Be able to consult with your clients to ensure we are recruiting quality jobs to find quality people.
  • You want to know how your client’s business works, their challenges and business needs from their viewpoint.
  • You are determined to support customers with tailored business solutions for both the business and our chosen candidates.
  • A desire to learn our Aston way of business in the way we engage and support our teams and customers.
  • Sponsorship available for the right candidate.
