Meet Sinead…

"My name is Sinead, and I started working for Aston 13 years ago as their Bookkeeper. After completing my Accounting degree, I was able to transition into the role of Accountant and now am part of the Senior Management Team as Finance Manager. Over this time, I have been surrounded by a team that have supported and encouraged not only my career goals but personal goals. Aston is a very family orientate business which is so important to me, being a mother of 2 small children. There are no limits to your success at Aston, this makes me extremely excited for the future and where my career with Aston could end up!"

Meet Megan…

"I’m Megan, I’m the one of the Senior Managers here at Aston. Aston has provided me with so many opportunities over the last 5 years and has allowed me to progress from Recruiter, to Team Leader to now part of the Senior Management Team. The sky has always been the limit for me and I have always been fully supported to take my career in which ever direction I’ve wanted to go. I’m looking forward to continued business growth and further development opportunities over the next 5 years."

Meet Jess…

"Hi, I’m Jess! I hold the position of Business Development Team Leader here at Aston Advantage. I have been with the business for over 3 years now and can honestly say, I have learnt more within Aston through the hands-on training they offer, than I have in my whole working career. Due to the training I have received plus a lot of hard work, I have been able to grow and progress within the business, I have progressed from a Business Development Manager to Team Leader, and now part of the Senior Management Team. I love the clear progression plans that are set out from day one and look forward to further progress in the future, my eyes are on Commercial Manager!"

Meet Reuben…

"I am Reuben, the current Recruitment Team Leader for NSW in Aston. I joined Aston as a totally green recruiter with only 2 years of administration experience in Recruitment. Through my first 2 years I transitioned from a green recruiter into a senior and subsequently currently a team leader and now working towards a Senior Management position. My younger age created a lot of doubt in my mind as to whether I could conquer a management position but the constant guidance and mentoring from the management team has helped me flourish within my position. There is no limit to what you can achieve here at Aston and no barrier they won’t help you overcome."

"Working with Aston Advantage for 1 year and 6 months now is really rewarding. From being a recruitment administrator to a team leader in that span of time plus the perks of attending management conference in Australia is a big leap in my career. I am provided with clear career growth as to where I am going next.
