"Hi, I’m Jess! I hold the position of Business Development Team Leader here at Aston Advantage. I have been with the business for over 3 years now and can honestly say, I have learnt more within Aston through the hands-on training they offer, than I have in my whole working career. Due to the training I have received plus a lot of hard work, I have been able to grow and progress within the business, I have progressed from a Business Development Manager to Team Leader, and now part of the Senior Management Team. I love the clear progression plans that are set out from day one and look forward to further progress in the future, my eyes are on Commercial Manager!"

"I am Eva I am one of the Senior Managers in WA, I have worked in Recruitment for 15 years, previously with a global recruitment company. I joined Aston in 2021, I purposely came to Aston because I wanted to apply my skills to a smaller business and build an understanding of running a successful business to aid in my next career goal. I also wanted to focus my career specialising in the mining and construction industries and Aston allows me to do that. What I love about Aston is the opportunity to develop and design my own career, I enjoy being challenged to push myself out of my comfort zone and supported in career development."
