About the role
This an important role in our Brisbane team. You will be supporting our new and existing clients on the White Collar desk in Mining & Construction. The responsibilities in this role are as follows:
- Supporting with business strategies to solve our clients’ challenges.
- Supporting with client relationships, so you get repeat business across our white collar jobs.
- Working closely with the Business Development team to ensure every role is filled and find the BEST people for our clients.
- Exposure to the Mining & Construction industry advantageous but not necessary.
- Deliver 180 business support and consultation in the Aston way.
About you
This role will give clear understanding on career opportunity and career advancement. We believe that the following would help you build every success as an Aston BD:
- Experience as a TA Coordinator, Recruiter, Account Management and/or Senior Recruiter desired.
- Experience in a high volume OB call environment would be advantageous but not necessary.
- Motivated to grow new candidate relationships and support them through the interview processes.
- Love your clients and continue to work with them to develop their businesses.
- Build strong relationships with your fellow Candidate Managers and Business Development Managers across Australia and support team out of the Philippines.
- Exposure to using Vincere or similar platform desired.
- Manage the process of qualifying top candidates from quality job ads, interviewing, floating, references and offer.
- A desire to learn our Aston way of business in the way we engage and support our teams and customers.
