Responsibilities:▪ Ensuring the efficiency and quality of construction and upgrade to the Acacia Prison ▪ Planning and delegating daily/ weekly responsibilities to Leading Hands and Electricians▪ A strong understanding of AS/ NZS3000 (electrical standards)▪ Leading a team of a leading hand, electricians and apprentices▪ Attending all scheduled client meetings▪ Strong knowledge of reading schematics and plans▪ Training staff on plans, requirements and standards for the site▪ Motivating and developing staff▪ Good understanding of Simpro (project management software)
Requirements:▪ WA A Grade Electrical Licence▪ 2 years of supervising experience (preferred)▪ 2 years leading hand will be considered▪ Preferably living central or Perth Hills, as daily commute required.
